Esky honey bee cp2 advice

Hi folks, I've been flying for around 4 weeks now, and had about 3 months on a sim. I've had a few heavy landing with my Twister CP and have bent the spindle on the main hub twice.

i'm getting fed up paying £13 for a tiny metal spindle. Ive come across the honey bee cp2 and noticed that the parts are half the price of perkins, and also noticed the complete honey bee cp2 (without electronics) on heliguy for £30.

my question to you is:

Does anyone out there know if i could transfer my electronics from the twister cp and put them onto the honey bee?

any advice would be appreciated

My experience with an HBCP2 was that it was fragile, and really not very good as a beginner's heli.

I'd advise avoiding like the plague.

Hi Andy Im assuming its the CP Gold your refering to if so I found it to be a very good heli but the brushed motor never lasted for long I did mod it to brushless but sold it to fund Trex250 however as with most heli's of its size often damage is caused by trying to land even the 250's its the same & needs lot of practice.

the twister i have isnt the gold version. its just the twister cp v2.

my flying aint the worst. i'm confident enough to fly full speed. i've just became sided and tried to start turning right and didnt recover in time. but only just stated to be a little more adventurous. i was getting bored with hovering.

i have the chance of buying a venom 3d xl. does anybody have any thoughts about them?
