power loss

i spent today adjusting settings and link rods on my heli (for about 20mins ish) had lipo connected while making adjustments and spun the blades up a few times then all of a sudden it seemed to loose power,then the RX (ar6200) started beeping. i take it this is a low power issue??
is there any buzzers or anything to tell me when the battery gets low??

was the rx lights flashing as this is low voltage I believe

yes mate forgot to add that rx lights were flashing and had to turn off the tx and then back on and it seemed ok (turned it off and put the lipo on charge after this )

not good for your lipo to discharge this amount though. most people use the 80% rule to prelong battery life

i'm new to all this, i bought the heli second hand with the lipo and wern't sure how good the batterys was to start with, so might just use this one for when i do repairs and setup. then look at getting a couple of new batterys when i can raise some cash.
thought it a bit odd that the battery took less than an hour to charge!!
