  • 4in1 Trimmers.

The manual for my Twister CP mentions this briefly. It says I need not touch them but I have seen references that point to some people adjusting the,.
I wonder if someone might give me a slightly more in depth couple of lines about these babies?

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

The left hand trimmer is gyro gain, turn uo, clockwise to make the tail respond better, if you do get tail wag, back it off a little.

The right hand trimmer is proportional, center the rudder trim on the Tx, lift off to about 12 inches without giving rudder input. If the tail turns left or right move the trimmer one way, try again. If better move some more in the same directiion, if worse, turn the trimmmer the other way. You may still need Tx trim if you use all the adjustment up, depending on how good the little tail motor is.....

Now, you must reset the 4 in 1 box after every move of the trimmers. So land, disconnect the battery, adjust trimmer, reconnect, don't move the heli till you get the green light ( gyro setting itself up ) try again. Repeat as needed.

      Hope this helps you.

tail wag is tail wag.... helicopter tail wags like a Dogs... unlike the Dog
tail wag its not a good thing though...

You'll see the tail wagging left and right and you want it nice and straight.

            Right.
And it's caused by the gyro constantly over compensating?
