  • Belt Cp wont take off!

    Hey There!,

You need to get a 450 Size Pitch Gauge and see what the pitch is at full stick (Make sure the motor wires are disconnected)

The Problem is most likely with the pitch of the blades, to attain hover you will usually need around about 6 Degrees of positive pitch on the blades, if you are not getting this you will need to adjust the linkages, that go from the swashplate to the blade control lever, and the links from the servos to the swashplate.

this is unusual if this is a brand new kit. usually you are able to get off the ground, but if this is second hand then these problems can occur.

If you have a local club nearby, it may be useful to get them to check it over, as there may be other problems that you are unaware of, Where abouts do you live?

    Regards

hi check and double check the pitch on main blades as you have full throttle and no lift it will almost certain to have little or no pitch is the swash plate moving up and down the main shaft????? barry

Heliguy are really good, You could pop them an email and they may exchange it but that could be unlikely, but there support is very good,

But other then that, it should be all "fixable" without any parts or an exchange..

            But other then that,

its seems a very good indication that its to do with the pitch of the blades.
