  • help needed with buzzfly 2.4g AKA (walkera)

hope someone can help a newbie
I have the buzz fly 2.4 g I am changing the main blade holder
The issue is that the blade holder just sits loosely on top of the rota head set , I know that it is held in place by the 2 linkage clips from the fly bar, but is this correct? It seems wobbly
I feel the main blade holder should somehow clip on to the rota head set
I have a new rota head set and blade holder but it seems the same
if i place the blade holder the "other way" it fits snug but then the blades are in line with the fly bar and that cant be right
the heli just tips over to the left on start up
its a small heli you dont get much doccumentation with it

Hope you can help I have been on this for 3 days

    thanks guys

hi john , as far as i am aware the flybar is only held in place with the rubber dampers and also it would be nice if you changed your location and put an area smaller than england as there maybe someone near at hand who could offer hands on help

will do, the flybar is not an issue its just that the links from the flybar determine that the blade holder can only go in the position wich leaves it loose ???
      i'm in bradford BTW

        Does this help at all?

There is a pin at the top of the shaft with two O-rings on it, the badeholder fits loosly over this pin. The pin is in line with the blades.
The bladeholder is then connected to the flybar at the sides with the two small black links.
The blades should move up and down freely, and will rotate as the flybar goes up and down. It is supposed to be "wobbly" dont worry about it

The pin is held in place by two C clips and has a tiny O-ring at each end.

Take a pic and I will take a look but Im 99% sure your first "wobbly" assemby was correct.
