    hi guys

    well i didnt give up and i think its starting to click (took a while i know) but been hovering with the cp 2 in my front room which aint that big so im quite impressed see what you think

    Do it outdoors mate! More room! It'll be easier and you won't destroy your heli as easily!

        The room I fly in is around the same size but my heli is about 10 times smaller and I often run out of room.

        You need to try it outside as there isnt space to swing a cat, let alone a CP2

        As you take off try and use the rudder to keep the tail pointing towards you, once your in the air the gyro should take over. If you already side on when you lift off it makes it much much harder to keep control.

                yeah but cutting the power is a bad habit to have if your in idle up lol, he will naturally just pull down without hitting idle first, i was taught to power up and regain control
