  • My next heli

    3 opitions

    Trex 450 V2 +Dx6i
    Or
Cheap 450 size heli and crap loads of upgrades
    Or
    Trex 500+dx6i

    All about £400-£550

I dont know what to get , it will be a couple of months till i get it but does anyone know of any good dealers in the USA that ship to england... hopfully the $ will rise like last year $2=£1

I was looking around before on a recent post it said the bigger the heli the more stable it is, so it got me thinking should i just skip a size (450)

    Thanks, Danny

try here for a good US supplier...used them before...but remember you would still be liable for VAT and import tax

If you can stretch to the 500 its definately a better heli.
Easier to fly but don't forget to factor in the cost of batteries and a charger and PSU.

And I'd like to push the point of VAT and import taxes. If customs get hold of it, you'll end up paying near enough to UK prices anyway

Here is a good source in Hong Kong. Prices are in $US. http://www.flying-hobby.com/catalog/index.php

I have ordered a fair bit from HK and it has been quick and straight forward.
