Cheers all would like to say a HUGE thanks to Adrian for his time and patiance with me and explaining alot. Having seen the trex's and beam I now wish I'd hung on til laying down some cash. It appears that its gonna teach me to hover in real life as apposed to the sim but im not banking on it lasting me a long time, not after he showed the slop in the head and how solid the beam is.

Im coming down to the field on Sunday so hopefully will get to chat to some of you lads while im there.Wont be bringing the mini pred as Im primarily coming down to see decent helis at work also was going to buy some more LiPo's tomorrow but think 50 quid for 2 more is better off saved towards a better bird.

I am very intrested in joining up Matt will hopefully get to chat to you on Sunday if your down there.

Well Ive had a fantastic afternoon at the field watchin the heli action. Made to feel very welcome, really good bunch of people. Will be joining no doubt within the next couple of weeks.

Learnt alot from this week meeting up with machasm and then some of the other members today, love this hobby you people who are into it have goto be the most generous lot for info and help I have ever met.

Thank you all for the advice, help and for making me feel welcome, top group you all are

Thanks alot for the offer Ron but that things pretty scary looking to a noobie like myself! Will look into BMFA and weigh up if I should go that route or just get it with my membership.

Also whilest im thinking thank you all for getting me out the stuck when I turned up, not the kid of entry I had planned lol

Hey Mark,
it was good to see you today.
Your not the only one to get stuck!
I was there first at 10:30 managed to free myself by 11:15.
Also put my 600 in again but this time had most of the spares.
Just placed an order for flybar,bows and stabiliser fin.
Everything else I had the full list turned out to be.
Main Blades
Boom
Torque Tube
1 Main bearing
4 blade grip bearings
1 grip link
landingBows
Flybar
1 blade grip was slightly bent but managed to bend it back
Tail pushrod
Got off pretty lightly really.
Main shaft, feathering shaft, canopy servos, frames all intact!
The Gods were smiling on me today.
Machine is already rebuilt just waiting for the outstanding parts.
Now more sim practise!

Well had another great afternoon out at DMHC. Love the atmosphere down there! Great setting, great people and good laughs along with quality flying. Cant wait to get my membership sorted then I can have a go without restrictions of buildings, cars etc, maybe even stay airborne for the duration of the full pack without brick walls getting in my way lmao.

Got some good photos today to! too many to post I would imagine but as I get more will pick out the best and add them to my photos for you all to see
