Can some one advise me as to where the measuements are taken to determine blade lengths, is it the length from end to end or from one end to the fixing / piviot point?

Mostly as Phil said (bolt hole to tip) but Align had a habit of measuring from the root to the tip. Maybe they don't anymore?
