Positive pitch

I want to experiment with the flybar paddles on my Walkera 4#3b, as I've heard that giving them some positive pitch can help hover stability. But which way is positive pitch?

the trailing edge wich is the back end of the paddles needs to be pointing down you only need about 2degree
