    Newbie saying hi

    Good evening to all, Just a newbie from portmouth who has finally started a hobby ive always wanted to get in to!

    Currently learning the basics on Pheonix, with the added fun of trying to Fly airwolf on Pheonix - how I loved that programme!! Anyway Hi to all

                  You're doing the right thing - sim, sim and then more sim!!!

                  If you get a chance a few lessons with an instructor are really worthwhile, you'll learn loads. I use Pete Milner of Phoenix Model Aviation (not the sim people!) http://www.phoenixmodelaviation.co.uk

                      thanks all & I read up a lot before deciding to get into the hobby,particularly this forum which has been most helpful. Lots of sim time ahead before I brave the 'big outdoors!!'
