    Hi Kris

Can you see the two motors turning or both the two larger gears moving?

check that the larger gears are engaging with the motor gears and check that the gears have not stripped any of their teeth.

yeah, both motors and cogs are touchhing and no teeth have been striped mate

its just like the bottom propellor motor is moving the cog but like the prop is not picking up much speed mate

The only other thing to check is the gear secured to the shaft properly ( is the screw tight enough)

where the gear is mounted at the bottom of the shaft can you see a small screw in the side, or are your gears glued to the shaft (is that what you meant in your first post??)

From what you are describing it sounds like the gear is not secured to the lower shaft and is slipping, so the motor is spinning normally and the lower rotors are turning too slowly, does that sound right???

yeah, the lower rotors are spinning slowly where as down near the cogs they are fast as working as usual, how do i tighten screws or w/e????

Ive just looked at a picture of the lower gears, are the centre of your lower gears metal or plastic??

If they are metal there should be a little screw in the side of the centre boss that tightens the gear to the rotor shaft, they may be fitted differently but I am not sure how!! basically the main gear should not be slipping and it has to be secure to the mainshaft, try comparing the upper and lower gears and see if they are secured the same.
