Blade CX2 Problem

OK well a while ago I was wondering what heli to get first, I wanted the Hirobo Quark but ended up with a CX2, ok a mcx would of being better indoors but I don't really like they way they look and I am considering getting a bind 'n' fly version anyway to go with the cx2 tx.

So I’ve had a few little bumps in the cx2, broke the lower head and replaced it with a metal one, broke a few blades, but nothing major. On my last crash I hit a cupboard and broke one of the bottom blades, of course this is an easy fix and was back in the air in minutes however now it will not stand still, rather than hovering fairly still like it was before it likes taking itself on loops around the room, I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what this could be, the cogs have got all their teeth, the shafts do not appear bent, as far as I can see there is no visible damage, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what to try next apart from ordering parts and replacing them till it works again

Its whats known as 'the toilet bowl effect' mate. Check for condition of swashplate/loose links and i have found the hub that keeps the flybar attached can affect this so check that too. Its usually when the flybar slackens in the hub. Either way eventually on all fixed pitch models this will happen due to wear and tear.

look carefully at the flybar! is it straight/too tight /worn arond the hub. are the top blades in track??

As stated check your fly bar first as this is the usual suspect for this TBE and it only needs to be slightly out to cause this.
Also check that both sets of blades are tracking properly to ensure that one of the shafts isn't bent. Hold the heli tightly and whilst pushing the left stick fully to the left slowly throttle it up and check that the blades are tracking level. Likewise for the other set pushing the stick fully to the right before spinning up the blades.
Also make sure that each pair of blades has the same number stamped on them otherwise they may be out of balance.

Yeah I think the fly bar was a bit bent, looked straight but when I removed it and rolled it on the desk it wobbled, replaced fly bar seems better just need to trim it again now as I screwd the trimming trying to fix it in the first place.
