Got a Blade CX2 for Xmas. With 2 packs of spare blades ( glad she listened to me that time) Training aid IMHO was a hindrence not an aid, as it made the heli more unstable (due to weight?) and shortened flight time.

I can now hover (took a while) and go forwards back left right etc. but am restricted by the size of my front room the down draught is causing a lot of "wash" if thats the correct term.

So am looking for somewhere to fly indoors. The fella at A1 has told me when/ where the local club (Colchester) meets but has no contact details.

Any other indoor suggestions please?

Its a bit of a drive for you but there is one held in Southend one particular Friday in each month(not sure which one). ive only been there once. but there was quite a few people and for a cx2 there is loads of room as its held in the indoor tennis hall at garrons park.

I was at Colins shop last Saturday and he mentioned Garrons Park to me and it is on the Friday 30th this month

it is a big hall, and you'd be able to fly as long as youve got batteries charged.

When I went took a CX2 and my 450 there were too many people to really try too much with the 450 amazing how with something like that it shrinks the room down.
