  • Test flight

    Hi
Okay my Gasser is ready for a test flight after several bench
setups and re-checks etc and final securing of all electronics what
esle should I be carefull of.

    1. throttle hold and throttle cut are working on the tranny.
    2. Fuel has been mixed.
    3. charged it all up

Whats next guys even basics as I hope to get it going next week
on my day off just me and my baby, plan is to run it up and just
check engine is okay and maybe run the tank through it on the ground or hovering.

There is no-one esle in the area that can do this so I have no choice
but to go for it... but I have not rushed this at all so I don't want to rush out either and bend it!

    All tips/advice welcome

I certianly won't be doing circuits on my 1st day out with it.

what pitch range do you have? Servos should be 90degs at mid stick

swash level through the entire range of collective travel.

Gyro setup correctly? Stick moving through the nose in the right direction? and when you move the nose left the gyro moves servo to give nose right?
