if your only getting 6 degs then you need a longer servo horn.

pull the ball link off the collective servo then measure the pitch you are getting and full travel of the collective lever this will tell you if there is something wrong with the model setup thats giving you limited pitch range.

i cant remember exactly what horn length you need on the 90s but i am pretty sure its up around 18mm.

The more I have ago at setting Helis up the worse I seem to get at it, will I ever grasp it.

Think Ive just found the problem, the pitch servo and the throttle servo are in line, the throttle servo has been spaced out so the link clears the cooling fan casing, problem is now the pitch servo arm hits the throttle servo and causes it to bind.
If I turn one of them around I think it will solve my problem, dont no why I didnt spot it sooner.

Hey Disc, just noticed you have a Gasser, I will be joining you soon, I have a Webra 91 Gasser engine on order for my SE and it's supposed to be with me at the end of this month, cant wait.

ahhh... it all comes back to me now. fit the servos in their stock orientation on the 60/90 but you need to spacer the collective servo out. I found some of the TT servo load spreaders under the servo did the job nicely. Cant remember if I used 2 or 4 tho.

Note: though My baby is heavy and not quiet the same as the webra
engine... There not ideal for 3D maddness although mild 3D will be
fine. Rember you need diffrent fuel lines and the clunk line as well
will need changing. then you need petrol and goto the local model
shop and get what Cars use for mixing into petrol same for the Helis
I have Venom Racing oil for mixing into petrol.

I would have liked to make it to the clubman3d but unfortunately I cant drive for six weeks, no not a ban but the after effects of an operation.
                      All the best for Monday.

I've sorted the servo problem and set the arm to 90, I have ended up with -9 0 +6 with end points still at 100, if I set the end points to 127 & 40 I get -5 0 +9 , should I use the end points or play about with the arm position ?

I would try to get it as close to ideal as possible mechanically and then do the fine adjustment with end points. As it is best to keep either end point matching if the mechanical setup is not correct then no amount of EPA/ATV etc will correct it.

you need to change the length of the links above the swash to give you +/-11 Make sure the 2 pairs are the same length and that at 0degs the mixer arms up top are horizontal.
