On a R90 with an OS91 you want to be aiming for a gear ratio of 8.27 so it means getting a 91t main gear.
I've got the 91SZ, with an 8.27 ratio and the RevLock set to 15000 and 16500 in mode 1 and 2 - it goes like stink now it's run in - with no bogging at +12 pitch.
Your motor should cope with a smaller main gear which means it will be quieter and save fuel.
It's also well worth spending time sorting out all the mechanical linkages and getting the washout levers parallel at zero pitch - all helps to make it fly better.
