Well after a few minor disasters, all of which were self induced, I now have my radio back, my Twister3D rebuilt, (broke it before I even tried to fly it, must listen to the experts more next time, and TAKE NOTICE), and a more reliable engine in my aging Kalt Baron30.
So come on British weather, lets have a weekend that is not 30mph winds, snowing, freezing cold so I can get out and have another go, In the meantime I have just bought the Reflex Sim, I cannot belive how hard it is to hover, I may not be very good, but I am sure my Baron30 is slightly easier than the Raptor30 I have been practising on, still looking forward to making progress, and transfering those skills to the real thing.
Anyone else found the Sim very difficult, I seem to be ok for a while, but when the heli gets away from me, I just seem to be playing catchup all the time, with very limited sucess.
