After buying and building my new Mini Titan, and doing my best to set it all up correctly, i stuck the training gear on today and took it to my flying field. After a couple of nervous hops, it lifted into the hover, and i managed to keep it hovering and avoid crashing it for a whole battery! Sooooo pleased!! I cant believe how much more difficult it is to hover than my previous CX2, so just going to take it real steady at first. I also dont think ive set the gyro up correctly, but im just so glad i didnt stuff it in on its first flight!!

You can teach a man everything. Apart from experience.

Thanks mate, im sure i will crash it soon enough, its just that i was dreading crashing on my very first flight. I spend all summer flying a little CX2 co ax, and got pretty good with it, but this is a different world, another steep learning curve ahead i reckon....Originally posted by zoombolt View PostFrom a man who did stuff it on his first flight, very well done.
