This is probably going to be the most stupid question ever asked but i see no other way of finding out (without going to the shop and looking even more stupid! lol).
I bought a trex 500 and then went to the helicopter shop and bought a tx and rx, along with a charger. All good so far
Now... the batteries for my last heli which was a twister bell could be charged using the mains. The charger that i now have (thunder power) only has a connection to connect to a 12v source. The only 12v source i have (other than on my car) is a spare 12v car battery. Problem is, the connectors on the charger are nowhere near large enough to fit on the + - terminals of the battery??
Am i missing a fundamental point here or is there some other input source that i could use?
Again, apologies for being a total muppet but i have ran out of ideas.
Thanks
Mike

This is what I use, it's 240v - 13.8v power supply with a continuous 20A rating, I've used one for years as I originally had it for electric touring car racing.
