I would take it back to the place you bought it from. It sounds like your motor has gone or your transmitter could be faulty. Did you try reversing the throttle channel? If you do make sure you have the heli pinned down so it doesnt take off.

been repairing my dragonfly 36 for the last 2 months with decent bits of hovering in between ive loved every crash up until now . My problem is this up until now everythings been pretty ok but now with nose pointing away from me when i power up the heli keeps trying to fly to the left ive checked the swash with a spirit level and its as level in all directions as i can get it the blades are balanced and the paddles seem to be pretty level and equally spaced from the shaft which is straight (even with the adjusting slide on the tx all the way to the left it still happens ) please help also how loose should the ball links be ? mine have lots of movement from the grips
