Having flown my heli a couple of times, the tail rotor has started to slip. I may be dim, but I don't seem to able to adjust the belt. Is there anything else that could be causing the belt to slip? :?

not sure on the walkera but most belt drives you loosen boom in the frame and pull the boom out of the frame slightly.

I had the same problem with my Dragonfly 36.
If you turn the main blades slowly by hand, does the tail rotor stop and hesitate for a moment then start turning again? Mine did. The belt tension seemed to be tight enough. It looked like the problem was not at the tail, but at the opposite end where it is geared onto the bigger wheel.
Anyway, it seems it was slipping because it was actually too tight. I just loosened the screws aroung the tail boom and moved it in a bit.
I found this out after the thing started spinning out of control and did itself a bit of damage. I'm just going to use it now for a bit of fun out the back door as I've now got a .50 sized machine.
