theres a bunch of things it could be.

They gyro could be functioning backwards, normall due to being mounted upside down.

    Tail motor faulty.

    mixer setup wrong.

Whereabouts are you? Its a good idea to find a local friendly pilot to help you through the early stages.

There are two pots on the receiver/gyro, one does the speed of the tail motor and the other does the gain, mine used to turn a bit untill the head was up to speed.

I had the speed one at 75% and the gain at about half, it always had a hunt on the tail regardless of how much I played around with it.

Hi when you adjust the proportional gain disconnect the battery after adjustment then reconnect. As i tried with the battery connected and it didnt seem to make a difference,if the tail swings to the left decrease- if it swings to the right increase+.Hope you get it sorted as im grounded at the moment and its a bitch. :?

........... another thing to remember is not to move the heli when you plug in the battery, wait untill the green light comes on, if you move it before then it will get upset.

my honeybee had both the aileron and tail rotor servos connected backwards and needed to use reverse switches in the transmitter - confusing for a beginner i can tell you!

also has ayone had problems with weak point where tail boom joins the body - mine has broken 3x now with only minor landings - boom is fine its the body piece that breaks - seems structurally weak (or designed so that you have to keep buying spares!)

its a pain as have to do a rebuild to fix it
