  • Honey Bee FP has started nodding at me !!

And I don't think it fancies me. Yesterday afternoon final flight in the garage before going to the Leisure centre indoor flying I noticed it start gently nodding in pitch. I had a quick furtle in the head and found the swash plate very giggly so replaced it. Got to the LC and it was still doing it but slightly less. Checked again and there is a bit of slop in both servos. It's had 87 batteries through it now which I reckon is well over 20 hours air time so could it be wearing out ? I know it's a cheap and cheerful model and it's had a lot of abuse so I'm not moaning

PS crashed the Neon Blaze again - getting to be quite a regular event

Not familiar with your heli, but sounds like dampers. My swift was doing it but new dampers sorted it.

Slow nodding for and aft sounds like low head speed to me, but with it being FP, I wouldnt expect it to be getting any lift if it were that.
