    beaufort scale with mph and knots
    fixed pitch helis have to stop about force 2
    Beginners heli limit might be 4 which is about BobJ's paragliding limit.
    At force 6 I put the hang glider back on the car and get the 450 out for a laugh
    Actually I would still fly the hangy at the coast in force 7 (in fact me and 'er indoors flew my hang glider together a long time ago in about 40 mph off Rossilli down )

      i wouldnt have flown my 600 today never mind a cx2 in the winds we had round here today

      i normally look at the tall trees at the bottom off my garden if they are moving about like somebody said 45 degress i wouldnt even attempt to fly, it will be even worse over the field being exposed

      plus the wind chill was bloody freezing today as well
