I assume it's a brushless motor. Are your motor wires on the right way? If it's got 3 wires try swapping them around.

hi cheers the motor spins fine but its driving the the oneway bearing the wrong way could it still be the wires o the brushless motor ?

It should turn clockwise when viewed from above. Swap any pair of wires on the motor to reverse its direction.

            Thats correct then.

As you've swapped things over are you sure that your one way bearing is installed correctly? If it's upside down then that may be the problem.

              hi thanks for the info.
but all seems ok without the motor ie if i turn the main gear by hand no motor the all seems fine, the main rotor spins clockwise the tail spins anti clockwise , when the motor is meshed to the gear the main rotor does not spin the tail rotor goes clockwise

Eh? Doesn't the Gaui main rotor spin clockwise? Shouldn't the motor therefore spin anticlockwise?

                      My Bad

Yes you are right. OK so I guess the ESC to motor wires do need swapping around.

Yeah - just looking at my original post I should have been more specific. The main blades should spin clockwise.
