Blade 400 dampeners part

Does anyone know why this item come with a small length of plastic tubing?

I Have used these damperners very succesfully and my blade400 is better than ever, but I'm not sure were i should use this tubing.

Its not a guide for threading the 'O' rings on with is it?

Could be I suppose, I've just always used a flybar screwed into the end of the feathering shaft to assist with that.

I've seen some people use a strip of fuel tubing with the feathering shaft inserted into it which stiffens the head considerably. Thats really the only thing I can think of.
