  • Tail rota !!!

I am almost their with my Twister, thanks for the help with rebuilding the thing over and over again ops:

    My next questions is:

I have to put a lot stick !!! (Right) to stop my Twister going constantly clockwise. Sorry if I'm not talking proper Helli ops:

How can I reduce the amout of adjustment required, as the adjustment thing is nearly all the way over to the right and it need even more on the control stick !!!!

Hellies are new to me at the moment and I'm trying to pick up the lingo

to stop it going clockwise (viewed from above, nose to the right) you should be putting left stick in to make the nose go to the left.

not familure with the twister but normally there is a mixer board, on the board there is an adjustment for "tail offset" this does the same job as revolution mixing.

        According to the manual, http://www.jperkinsdistribution.co.u...s/6600025a.pdf
there is adjustment for gyro gain and mix gain. It sounds like you might need to adjust the mix gain to stop your heli rotating all time however only by flying it will you be able to determine the exact setting of Tx rudder trim, gyro gain and mix gain.

If its not that it could be 2 things that I found with fixed pitch electrics, Firstly the fixed pitch Tail Blade slowly loose's its pitch and doesn't work as well, and secondly the tail motor loose's its ouput before it fail's, so if you can't sort it with the setup, try replacing these.
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

            And a DX8 too
