Simply buy the Blade 400, it's better made, got a cracking TX which will see you well with other Heli's for many years to come.
The HBK2 is quite crude by comparison, avoid, the 400 or the ARTF Twister Storm are the best budget class 400's Compared to something like a fully fitted Trex, and will teach you superb flying skills & knowledge.
