  • Esky Honey bee

    Hi there
I've just bought an Esky Honey Bee the new 2005 Model.
I had a bit of a rough landing about 1 week ago, I completely destroyed the back tail rotor.
but when I replaced the tail rotor with brand new kit I had to solder the two contacts on the mini tail motor, since then the tail motor doesnt spin as fast, so I doesnt counter act the main rotor, I dont know if its the state of my soldering or what. But I just cant figure it out.

could anyone please help me I'd be much appreciated

    many thanks

Make sure that the mesh between the two gears (on the motor and on the tail shaft) is not to tight as this will slow the motor down no end (and will kill it very quickly). I have found the best way to do this is to put a piece of tissue round the gear wheel, mesh them up, tighten the screws, then run the tissue thorugh the gears. If not it might be a dodgy motor.
-I don't crash, I just land with enthusiasm.

A couple of 600n's with stuff on them that makes them fly..
A 550 fbl with even more stuff on it to make it fly
And a Mars 470 which needs stuff putting on it to make it fly

    And a DX8 too
