Yes all 5 expansion packs work with G4. In fact Expansion 5 is G4 only.
However Add-On packs 1-5 DO NOT work on G4, but are being slowly ported and given away for free by KnifeEdge for G4. They have ported the first three add-ons so far.
Have a look in the Real Flight forum for links to the free and older add on packs.
