  • Twister 3d Storm Detailed manual

    Hi to everyone.

This is my first post but I have already gleaned a lot of help and info so far, so thanks for that.

I have a dabble with "toy" heli's like the 3 and 4 channel from maplins and thought I'd fancy something a bit more involved, so I just got myself a Twister storm (for Fathers Day :-)

I am pleased with the unit and love the intricacy but disapointed with the manual, the exploded diagram is hopeless.

Is there a better manual/diagram with more detail about dismantle rebuild cos I sure I'll crash and damage numerous times.

I have some rc cars and the manuals are great (usually)

    Thanks again.

    Hi Billy

The Storm is a great little heli. Its almost exactly the same as the Blade 400 apart from the plastic main frames differ slightly. Apart from that, pretty much the same therefore so is the manual. Try a search on google and you can find it online with exploded views etc or order one from your local shop. The blade manual is much better and gives more info.

    Hope this helps.
    Pete

Try this which Boggy has kindly just given me.

dont worry about ch numbers just follow the rx sockets

              eg
              wire from esc .... throttle
              front servo .........elv
              right rear servo...airl
              other rear servo..aux1(pitch)or will be!
              wire from gyro ...rudd
              single wire from gyro.....gear

              Cheers Eddie
