  • Noob buys heli watch out skys

Hey all names Gaz took the plunge and bought a Honey Bee King 2 from buzzflyer today should arrive in a few days, wont be able to fly for a while as im stuck in with a plaster cast for another 10 weeks, but that will give me plenty of chance to practice on the Sim and reed a lot about it.

I did lot of plane flying when i was younger but always wanted a heli then (Could never afford one) so im sure this will be great fun.

First things first though i haev read a lot on the forums that the standard motor isnt to great any recomendations on what i should get so that i can order it know and have it here if/when the standard one goes then i can instantly replace it without haveing to order and wait after its blows :-)

Man its like being a little kid again waiting for my christmas present :-)

Well to sy this sucks is an understatement

Got the new toy today charged the battery,
was gonna start following the videos everyone has recommended on you tube for setting it up but it wont work,

The Gyro is not intialising, plug the power in and the light on the Gyro blinks quickly, after 10 secs the light carries on blinking but slows sown and just blinks permanently, not happy :-( not a goo introduction to the sport any suggestions as the shop is closed so cant call them until tommorow

Oh ive already searched the forums and found similar problems and i know it cant be tx batteries they are brand new (Have tried another set aswell though & still same problem), throttle and trim are both at lowest setting, is a 2.4ghz system so cant be the crsytals & its not in idle up mode please please help me

Make sure your trims are centred when the gyro initialises - they don't always play ball when trims are off-centre. Good luck!
