  • Which way to go space baron or not

    I bought a couple of old space barons to learn how to fly helis I know these are a bit old and hard to get parts for. I now think maybe i should sell these and get somthing a bit newer with better gyro etc or should i change the gyro.
    If I git rid what should i be looking for as a good starter heli

    Chris have you read the beginners note at the top of this forum by bubblefish. This is a pretty comprehensive guide that has been contributed to by a lot of the people on here. The main thing i would say is your budget as basically a larger heli is easier to learn but costs a lot more at the outset and any time you crash. Irrelevant of budget always get a flight sim and phoenix is by far the best as this will save you countless times. If you give us a bit of an idea as to what price range and experience you have, and also if you mind regarding nitro or not then a lot of people will be able to help you choose.

    Regarding the space baron i know very little about it but i am sure some of the others on here will be able to help you. What Gyro does it come with?
