More trouble than it's worth. If you want to fly a heli there are many better starting places than that. Suggest you gift it to a vintage enthusiast with the skill to handle it.

As above - if you don't know about these models or hobby steer well clear of this - you could always get the engine out and bench run it for a bit of fun - looks like an Irvine engine with a black carb like that..
first post on here for you - you looking to start in the hobby? If so, don't start with this model!

which means it probably still flys well,, only joking mate, as Si G says someone would probably be able to deal with it on the vintage side of the sport
