Any connector like the EC3/deans etc will do the job. Or just solder the 2 wires together if your soldering is any good?

Normally you pick the board with the connectors your using !! Is it the jst connectors for your 200 srx ? , what I use is is. JST Multi 6 Way Charge lead | eBay. For £4 delivered then use the board for the just-xh (balanced) connectors or just solder the ones you've got , Kd

I'd buy some connector block to connect them temporarily, and then buy the lead suggested above, and use the board for balancing.

I was looking for something to do the same job a while back and in the end I bought a Parallel Charge Board for JST-XH & JST from ProgressiveRC in the States at a cost of £12.25 inc post. It's a really neat compact unit and does 2 and 3S packs.
