Have you checked your spam filter? Sometimes automated messages from websites like this get mistaken as spam by services like google or hotmail and they get shoved in the "spam" box.

double checked the spam folder back to the first week in January but to no avail, very odd. Been checking on my phone so will whip out the laptop and hopefully I've just missed it.

I think I may know the problem, I found a previous mail from when I changed my email address. The problem is the email address I changed to does not work. I am back on my original mail address () Sorry for the confusion, hopefully this helps sort the issue.
