The recommendations in the last few posts are fine charger's but wayyyy outside of your budget if I'm reading you correctly (about £50 max all in .. yes?). They are also way outside of your current needs.

Here's another suggestion. This gives you the same performance as the Overlander charger with 6s capability and 80W of charge power, but at the price of the cheap 4s Absima unit:

80W charger: Turnigy MAX80W 7A Lithium Polymer Battery Charger (UK Warehouse)
105W power supply: Hobbyking 105W 15V/7A Switching DC Power Supply with UK plug (UK Warehouse)

You wont get any better bang for the buck than that at £32 all in (plus post)

There. That's the most important batteries - 120SR, 200SRx and Nano. Although, these are the "stock" ones, i have higher capacity ones arriving, but i assume that just a setting (and, for example, the 800mAh 3s can't be charged together with the 1000mAh 3s). The linked balanceboard should work with the small nano and the medium 120sr packs, am i right?

for your 1s batteries something like this Rene.

4mm Banana Plug with 6 x JST Plug Charging Harness

for 2-6s something like this (dependant on what plugs you use.)
Hobbyking Parallel charging Board for 6 packs 2~6S (EC3)

        for smaller 1s http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...mpatible_.html

when using the charge board only charge similar batteries at any one time . eg all 2s all 3s etc ;-)

Wow, i might be the dumbest person on the planet.

I'm so confused, it never even occured to me, that i have exactly that charger that you linked, Grumpy - the Turnigy MAX80w thing. It was a "missbuy" when i bought my drifter, because i didn't realise that it needed a PSU, so it just gathered dust in the garage.

But that, again, only charges one battery at a time, no? I'm not 100% sure that i understand that "charging more than one battery malarkey", can every charger charge more than one battery as long as you have that balanceboard?

          edit

          ... idiot me.

LOL look at the pictures Rene, each of those will charge 6 batteries with only one connection to the charger.(+ balance lead for the board)

Yeah that's what i'm wondering, can any charger charge more than one battery as long as you have that balanceboard? I mean, there has to be some form of restriction, or not?

edit: is it the charge current-rate? 7amps max chargerate, divided by the packs you wanna charge?
yes, that's it. Any charger can charge multiple batteries if using a parallel charge board, but they can only charge at their rated power.

in your case that's not really an issue because you have very small batteries so you don't need much power.

PS... spooky coincidence you having the very same charger that i linked to. so all you need is that power supply (and a parallel board if you decide on that) and you are away!

Yeah it really is - and i totally forgot about that one. The note on the picture is btw off Boggy i just realized - came with my new 120SR

Well, that's it then. PSU and i'm good to go - apart from the small problem that the Power Supply you linked wouldn't work - there's no plugport on the charger, only the crocodiles and a weird three-pin thingy. That might be a problem.

edit: very small batteries, but big.. heart. :P

Actually, nevermind, just talked to my future father in law, he knows a bit or two about electrics (i don't, at all) - he said he'd be able to change the crocs on the charger to a plug that fits that power supply, i assume he's right. So now, off i go balanceboard shopping.

Thanks alot for all the infos and patience.

                    Cheers,

                    Rene
