  • Tail Wobble & vibration + Shaft movement

Well after a crash the Lama has been fully stripped down and re-built! It needed a new inner and outer shaft, I also repaced the body and skids with the the xtreme body, just waiting for the xtreme blades to arrive. On a test flight last night it lifted well but even with full trim it is spinning to the left so I have to give it even more right stick to keep central, also I noticed the tail has a very quick and intense vibration. Any thoughts? Could this just be the blades? They have a couple of small dings in them but nothing major. My last question is regarding the outer shaft, the collar that sits on top just below the swash plate, how tight does this need to be pushed down onto the bearing which sits in the airframe? I have noticed that if I hold the frame and push the shaft is has a slight bit of movement. thanks

more than likley the chipped blades are causing the vibration. also is the flybar loose and not sticking. the collar should be as far down the shaft as possible to eliminate any end float(more vibration)

adjust out the turning with the prop pot
