EXHAUST FALLING OFF

You know that feeling when everything seems to be going so well, you've spent hours sorting one thing then the next out, you are at the point where the heli is working perfectly, then.down it comes.

The exhaust keeps loosening, to the point I loose power mid hover. I use blue locktite, on the brand new retaining bolts which has served me well for a year.

It is a TTR30V2, Irvine 36 engine and Yusa muffler.

Hi

I use spring washers on my muffler bolts. Works a treat but it's always worth checking all bolts on a heli, especially those that are in direct contact with the heat of the engine due to expansion and contraction.
