What pitch & DR would you se a beginner?

I have read much on this with a huge variety. most pitching seems to be around 30% but i have read DR for beginners from 30% up to 70%. Surely 70% is to much and 30% to little . Some real variations there on stick sensitivity?

Depends on what heli and how you want the heli to respond. You don't need dual rates and expo is personal, don't fall into the trap of using settings that someone else uses. Understand what dual rates and expo are and what the resut is with the heli and the response.
