I'm no expert on multi copters, but here's my thoughts for what they're worth ...

1/, price seems cheap to me for a hex with dx9, fatshark setup etc etc. too good to be true?
2/. If you know nothing of flying hex's or helis, this is the equivalent of learning to drive in an F1 car. It will go wrong, and it will be expensive.
    3/. For better advice :-) there is a dedicated multi copter forum I believe ! .... http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/

But it I were you, I'd look to learn to fly on something smaller first and gain some insight into the hobby before you go for something like that.
