Sorry simmaker but unless you give more details , people will make assumptions, nothing in your opening post suggested you were so experienced, and to be honest after rereading your op I haven't changed my mind. Only thing I can say is clearly something is not mechanically set up right or something is bent. Either the feather shaft is bent, a servo rod is bent, you have not correctly levelled swash, or rod lengths have been changed, linkage rods could be set wrong, see saw arms could be bent or you could have a twisted blade, clearly these are all assumptions because thats all people can go on when you don't let anyone know what you have done before or what state the heli was in when you got it, or if it's flown fine before etc. My first post stands, have you got a manual? have you read it? have you got to the bit about blade tracking? Have you tried adjusting the link rods? Have you eyed up the blades so they are 0 degrees/ flat at half/mid stick? If anyone feels it was unhelpful I'll gladly delete and leave you in the capable hands of someone else. Have fun, be safe. Goodbye and good luck.
