Series is like this:
For example:
You have two 12v car batteries wired in series that would give you 24V but if the same two batteries were wired in parallel it would still only be 12V you would just get more capacity as in mah.
Wired in series doubles the voltage whereas parallel doesn't double the voltage.

In short yes lol! I could've just said yes but I wanted to just try explain why to give a better understanding and if anyone else views the thread who is also unsure then they should hopefully see the reasoning behind it. Sorry I just went into auto pilot describing why lol!

What happens if you wire them in series but one is reversed??
What about parallel with one reversed??
Which creates more smoke??
