Inputs reversed help.

Ok I'm a newbie and have never changed my servos so I'm unsure how to help my dad.
My dad has changed his servos on his blade 4503d to some align ones. However all the inputs have reversed and the tail is spinning wildly out of control.
Help please.

Yep no problem
