Central Scotland Help please

Hello

I am looking for help to setup and trim my rc helis. I have a compas nitro 50. I am in Central Scotland and am not ready for any clubs so if there is a knowledeable individual out there that can help i would be very grateful. I love these things but am really struggling and am disheartened.

Hello Lou, I think you should consider joining a club near you, apart from the help setting up your heli and showing you how to do it they will teach you how to fly it safely, large rc helicopters especially nitro ones should be flown in a safe and designated area (model club). The clubs I have visited have always been helpful and a great bunch of guys with a common interest so glad to help new guys get into the hobby. Joining a club also gives you 3rd party insurance as you join the SAA also ( Scottish Aero modellers Association)
If you let me know where you are I can tell you where the nearest club is, I fly at one near Loch Lomond and would help you with your set up if your near.

I'm in a club and it's defo something you should join, you'll have a wealth of help on hand we're not that far from, airdrie/ newhouse.
