Please excuse me guys, I'll read and absorb all your posts tomorrow morning, and thank you for all your advise.

I've just spent the last hour stripping her down, adjusting all the servo arms so the swash is dead straight, got Clare to check it too, as in her job she needs a good eye, all the linkage arms are text book as they should be, yet as soon as I take off shes leans to the right sideways and is way out of control

I've done everything by the book I can't see it being a bent shaft prob as that usually caused severe wobbling, how she is tonight if I had enough room she'd do a lovely nose down sideways circle, it's almost like she's weighed down and thats causing it.

Please if anyone has more to say please say it, as I'll be going through all your messages in the morning, and I thank you all for taking out time to help me.

i leveled my swashplate by firstly puting all controlls in a central possition
then switching on the tranny then plugging in the batt. i then unscrewed the servo arms making sure not to move the servos i then lined up the swashplate and made sure it was 90 degrees from the shafts from all views then i put the arms back but if they didn't line up with the splien i adjusted the connector rods until it lined up with the splien as near as possible and that should eliminate it from the problem and that should let u concentrate on other issues hope this helps a bit lol

I just want to say a massive thanks to everyone for there great advise, unfortunately no matter what I do to correct one thing it upsets another and so on.

I've just bust my third upper blade this morning I'm well so ****ed off with the fu*king thing, I could just bin it right now, the swash is level and she goes backward while spinning right, so I move the arms half a turn up and then shes flying forward out of control.

I adjust the P/pot to stop left yaw the she turns right and visa versa.

This has well and truly beaten me now, and when you have her hovering to something near normal, (and this is the bitch) as soon as you cyclic any stick input she goes crazy, hence three broken blades, shit I haven't broken a blade in months before now, this is one sick little heli and taken on board what you guys have said she still isn't playing ball.

If anyone has any more ideas I'm all ears, but I can honestly say I haven't a clue what will fix this, when I upgraded to the alloy parts last year and twisted the servo arms up a notch the balance the swash after that she flew like a dream, I'm doing the same now and it's like riding a wild horse.
                Poxy bloody thing.

I've just put the arms back in the first holes and shes not so responsive now which is only making it slightly more manageable, but no matter what she keeps leaning to the right side and when I trim the arerion to compensate it it goes bleeding crazy totally out of control.

I've now packed it in for the day, I rang Elite models and they said bring her in, I'm not sure what there do that I haven't but thats where I am now.

I now havent any spare lower blades until tomorrow so I can't risk another crash, and Pip said he'd have a look at her for me tomorrow when he brings the Trex's over for a fly around

I purchased her back in last August so I doubt very much there's replace it for a new one now.

I think I've got to accept the bloody things f**ked.

The top rotas when moved by hand have a little more click click resistance then the lower ones which hardly has any more alloy to plastic lower gear noise when turning by hand
