Sorry dude no where near enuff.....I remember when I was learning it was a case of spending hours per day atleast every other evening I was out for hours and at least 1 whole day over the weekend when weather permitted.
you gotta have a load of patience with this hobby then one day it will just come to you and you will wonder what was so hard after all.
But I am sure if u put the stick time in then it will come.

This is why in my opinion a 30 or 50 size nitro is the way to learn....this is just my opinion though.

I think he would if he could get it to work.Originally posted by busterboy View PostYes indeed, The old scenario is the bigger they are the easier they are to fly.
I really think GhostlyRock needs more time on the sim, It will come together in time.
Could do with knowing a little background on the pc

The PC was originally an Emachine, but the house was hit by lightening last year, blew most of its insides,(PC that is) its been rebuilt, so have no idea whats in it now.
And yes, I know I should spend more time practicing with the Blade, but the hours I work, I run my own Taxi/Airport transfer company, are horrendous. Thats why I got the FMS sim, which I can use the 3d models without a problem, just cant transfer them to my real time flying which is the frustrating bit. Thats the reason I bought Phoenix, which wont ****** work, for more practice. Where I live is really open and very windy.
Have uploaded the latest drivers from NVIDIA if thats it, and no difference.
Looking for the big hammer now, wonder if that'll make phoenix work.....

Yeah i can relate to long hours...running my own IT company....sounds like the GFX card is not up to much.....sounds like an old mx 440 series....but I am just guessing there.....
i take it u are running XP.......go to start....RIGHT click on 'my computer' ....the left click on properties......a box should now be in front of u.......then left click on hardware....followed by devices
u should now have a long list of items that are installed in your pc....left click on display adapters an let me know what it says.

Good luck with it all mate, it will come together, likely all of a sudden. I really do hope you get Phoenix working soon, it's the best advice the guys here gave me was to buy that.
I couldn't fly any 3d heli on it, so twitchy it was unreal, then one day suddenly it all came together, one night I was on Phoenix and couldn't do a darn thing with a Blade 400, the following night I went on Phoenix and suddenly I was hovering really well. Now I can hover it upside down too. Now I just hope I can xfer that to the real thing when I buy it.John
