my name is Chris and I am just getting into rc helicopter's.
Flown a few park flyers and had a spectrum dx6i a few years ago.

Going to purchase phoenix flight sim today and properly the fp blade 120sr.
Just got to decide on which radio,dx6i/dx7s/dx8 mmm.
See you guys on the fields,flight sim wise that is.

welcome chris to the forum and you wont go far wrong with a dx8 and there is some good bargains out there at the moment,where people are upgrading to dx9

Hi Chris nice work I only started flying on Dec 7th 2013 and I have been using Phoenix I must say it has helped me alot! The sims great for working on orientations I have a blade 450x now and a couple of 130x's now never thought I would make such good progress. I had a heli when I was a kid about 12 years old, my old man brought me a hirobo shuttle for xmas and promptly crashed it for me! I never did get get to have a flight... My uncle the great guy that he is suggested I give it to him as he new someone who could fix it lol never saw it again If you haven't purchased a chopper yet the 450x is great to learn on and also great when you gain more experience.
