Phoenix setup up tips and tutorials

Was wondering if there are any good lessons you can try on Phoenix. Is there a particular heli that is good to learn on?
I can hover - no problem but i want to learn figure of eight and nose in. Is there step by step explanations? Is there do's and dont's as i don't want to get into bad habits.
For the record i can hover the real thing with ease but want to take it to the next level. I practice on a Blade 130x in the garden.
